Technical description

Entrance doors of apartment:
Strong steel structure, 90kg/pc weight, 12-point locking mechanism (closers on 12 places) with certificate of MABISZ (Association of Hungarian Insurance Companies), highly insulated and has acoustical protection as well, with doorstep. Fire protection quality is A2, EI 30 (EU standard). The closer will be encoded at the time of the handover, in the presence of the new owner. Three keys will be given for use, which can be copied only with a dedicated code card at the Hungarian (Budapest) distributor. The covering of the door is HDL wooden plate (8mm), with 16mm “peephole”.

Doors inside:
Sapelli model from Slovakia, with adjustable silver colour flat-irons, standard design with bronze door handle. Inside chipboard for the facilitation.

Outside doors and windows:
REHAU model Euro 70, a white colou German plastic profiler. Has 5 air-chambers, and insulated glazing (U=1,1W/m2K). Flat-irons from Germany as well (MACO model), installation could then be adjusted at 8 places. It is forced-action style, which means, only closed position can move the handle, that’s why it cannot hopper and open together. With shutter preparation from the same manufacturer. Shutter boxes, and laths are ready made, the shutter itself can be installed or repaired from inside. It has hidden ventilation (AIR COMFORT), providing just the right room ventilation.
Floor tiling (parquet)
Laminated parquet, 7mm thickness, wear-tested (31), impregnated, with Polifoam under plate. The structure itself is detached from the concrete slab with 3 cm expanded polystyrene heating insulation. Skirting is pegged, and silicon is filled between the walls and skirting. Skirting is clicked between the different floor tiles. In front of the French windows, an aluminum profile is glued for the starting edge of the floor tile.

Building engineering
Fitting from VAVIN 5 layered plastic pipes. Glazed washbasins and toilets from ALFÖLDI, steel, painted bathtub, accessories from MOFÉM and KLUDI, GEBERIT toilet tank, installed behind the toilet itself. To service, one tile on the bathtub wall is magnetic and can be taken off, it is filled and glued with silicon. Radiators from VOGEL & NOOT, in the bathroom towel radiators are installed. Opening from the corridor you can find a small door for each apartment, with the calorimeter behind it. Every radiator has thermostatic valve, which can be hand adjustable, you can suit the heating as you wish. A ventilator, whit delay-action switch, in the bathrooms and toilets provides the right ventilation.
Kitchen equipped with exhaust fan connection, controlled by TROX valve flap, which keeps the bad odor out.


Electrical parts:
Current supply of the apartment is 3x16A. The apartment meter is in the corridor in the main electric box. The type of the switches and connectors is PRODAX Basic, connectors in the kitchen and the bathrooms with easy take off buttons.
Wire preparation for the security system, tubing for the detectors cable, the control panel can be adjusted from the intercom at the entrance. Connecting option to the T-com system (TV, internet). Kitchen equipped with electrical connection for dish-washer, and preparation for 3 phases electric cooker. Terraces with severally switched lighting, public lighting (garden, and inside corridors) are installed with sensors for switching on and off.


Floor tiling (ceramic)
Material is I. class ZALAKERÁMIA, glued and filled with MAPEI products. Bathrooms insulated as high as 2,0m, and toilets up to 1,6m. Between the same materials, with different tiles look, the connection is hidden with sticker aluminum profile. Silicon filling at the corners with the same colour as the interstice. On the positive corners with plastic noising.

Every terrace and shading has surface-drainage. Terrace types 2 and 4 have deep-drainage as well.
Surface-drainage system is from piece produced water-course with aluminum grid. Every free ledge of the terraces has metal string to take away the water from the façade.
